Redefining the Website to Showcase the Real Sofitel
Sofitel Nusa Dua is one of the best 5-star resorts in Bali. The website for a hotel of this size, however, remains in the same domain as other hotels under the Accor Group. Consequently, the budget spent on advertising to attract the audience to the Sofitel website is not sufficient because other brands are also on the website, which disrupts the audience’s focus on Sofitel.
Enhancing the User Experience of the Website Design
Sofitel, a chain hotel site, faces challenges in user experience due to the complex website structure and limited pages for each hotel. To overcome this, Sofitel has partnered with SATUVISION, a digital marketing service company, to create a customized and user-friendly website solution. Together, we aim to enhance the website design and improve the overall user experience for visitors.
